A 4000 sq. ft. haven for a family of 3, designed to embrace natural light and openness. Our concept integrates multiple double-height spaces, amplifying the sun’s presence within while creating a seamless connection with nature. A wrap-around balcony envelops the residence, fostering panoramic views and a covered terrace beckons relaxation.
To honor the region’s heritage, a separate outhouse hosts a traditional Himachali kitchen, preserving culture within the contemporary design. We aim to optimize cost efficiency by utilizing locally sourced materials, blending sustainability with aesthetics, and supporting the local economy.
The front garden acts as a serene welcome, accentuating the entrance, while the kitchen garden at the rear fosters sustainability, providing fresh produce and a tranquil escape. This project isn’t just about architecture; it’s a narrative, intertwining tradition, modernity, sustainability, and family living into a harmonious dwelling.
